Colorado State University-Global Campus made the $89 offer but may have to adjust its thinking, officials say.

It appears that MOOCs from smaller "brand" institutions may not have the uptake that high brand MOOCs have (Harvard, MIT). Adds weight to the concept of "customisation" ?
